In 2023, we launched our ESG strategy with objectives centered around diversity and accessibility. Our ongoing efforts are supported by our partnership with the Accessibility Tick, ensuring continuous improvement in accessibility. We regularly review and enhance our business practices to prevent discrimination and support employees' accessibility needs.
We are proud that Hind Management Group and Sudima Hotels were among the first in New Zealand to achieve the Accessibility Tick. As one of the ten foundation members of the Accessibility Tick Programme, we lead by example, fostering a culture of inclusion and reporting on our progress.
