How do I cancel / modify my booking?
You will need the confirmation number from your booking. This will be in the confirmation email that was sent to the email address provided when booking was made. Copy this number and click on one of the following links.

What is the check-in / check-out time?
Unless pre-organised with us, below is the check-in and check-out time.
Check-in time: 2pm Check-out time: 11am
If you wish to check out after this time an hourly rate is applied. For check-outs after 4pm a full night accommodation rate applies. Alternatively, what we suggest and has proven popular is to check-out at the normal time of 11:00 am and utilise our luggage storage option for the day, which is free of charge.

Is there a credit card fee to my booking
Yes all credit card payments will incur a 2.5% credit card surcharge across all our hotels.

Do you have parking?
- Parking at Sudima Auckland City is $55 per vehicle, per day (spaces are limited).
- Parking at Sudima Christchurch City is $30 per vehicle, per day.
- Parking at Sudima Queenstown Five Mile, Sudima Auckland Airport, Sudima Rotorua and Sudima Kaikōura and Christchurch Airport is free of charge during your stay.

Do children stay free?
Depending on room type, children aged 12years and under, stay free using existing bedding. T&Cs apply

This varies per hotel, please see below:
Sudima Auckland City: Transfers are not included.
Sudima Auckland Airport: Transfers are not included - we recommend to all guests to use the Yellow Bus.
Sudima Rotorua: Transfers are not included.
Sudima Kaikōura: Transfers are not included.
Sudima Christchurch City: Transfers are not included.
Sudima Christchurch Airport: Complimentary transfers are included - just call our shuttle service.
Sudima Queenstown Five Mile: Transfers are not included.

Sudima Christchurch City has The Lane restaurant & bar on the ground floor.
