You will need the confirmation number from your booking. This will be in the confirmation email that was sent to the email address provided when you made your booking. Copy this number and click on one of the following links below to cancel or modify your booking:
Unless pre-organised with us, below is the check-in and check-out time.
Check-in time: 2pm Check-out time: 11am
If you wish to check out after this time it is $20.00 per hour (including GST), or after 4:00 pm it is a full nights accommodation rate. Alternatively what we suggest and has proven popular with other guests is to check-out at the normal time of 11:00 am and utilise our luggage storage option for the day, which is free of charge.
Yes all credit card payments will incur a 2% credit card surcharge across all our hotels.
Yes - all our hotel receptions are open 24/7
Sudima Auckland Airport: Transfers are not included - we recommend to all guests to use the Yellow Bus.
Sudima Rotorua: Transfers are not included.
Sudima Christchurch Airport: Complimentary transfers are included - just call our shuttle service.
