And don’t forget the kids – from 10am-11pm we have a dedicated menu that’s perfect for your little people. With its pleasant atmosphere Okareka is the perfect place to relax and refuel.

Our talented bartenders can whip you up a hot or cold drink, mix you a cocktail or recommend beers, wines and spirits from our well stocked bar – which includes plenty of local flavour.

If you’re ‘peopled out’ or travelling has you hungry at odd hours, or you just want to relax with breakfast in bed, no problems. The delicious room service menu is brought to you by the talented team at Ōkāreka, available 7am - 9pm. A $5 tray service charge applies to all in-room orders.

If you wish to check out later an hourly rate is applied. For check-outs after 4pm a full night accommodation rate applies. Alternatively, what we suggest and has proven popular is to check-out at the normal time of 11:00 am and utilise our luggage storage option for the day, which is free of charge.

We have a EV charging station located right in front of the hotel for your convenience.

If you have luggage you would like to store we can help you. This is also a popular option when you need to check-out but still have time to spare. Just simply check-out and leave your luggage safely with us while you do some sightseeing.

Our self-service laundry is on level 1 (ground floor) and is open 7am – 10pm. The washing machines and dryers are token operated, tokens are available for purchase from Reception along with laundry powder.

A same day dry cleaning service is provided every day except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Please bring your laundry bag (located in your room) to Reception or dial 0 for a porter to collect before 8am for return by 4.30pm.
