Set yourself up for the day with Acheron’s popular à la carte and breakfast buffet from 6am - 10.30am. To keep you going till dinner, an All Day menu is available from 10.30pm - 5pm and dinner is served from 5pm - late. And don’t forget the kids - from 10.30am - late, we have a dedicated menu that’s perfect for your little people. With its pleasant atmosphere, Acheron is the perfect place to relax and refuel. Enjoy! 

Our talented bartenders can whip you up a hot or cold drink, mix you a cocktail or recommend beers, wines and spirits from our well stocked bar – which includes plenty of local flavour. Our bar is open from 11am until late.

If you want to pump iron or sweat away some pounds we have a gym located on level 1 (ground floor). Open 5am - 10pm.

24/7 COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT TRANSFER SHUTTLE 

Our complimentary airport shuttle is available on a on-demand basis, 24 hours daily, please contact the hotel +64 3 358 3139 once you land. We will come and pick you up! It really is that easy.

We have ample parking available on-site for hotel guests so just drive in and park.

If you’re ‘peopled out’, travelling has you hungry at odd hours, or you just want to relax with breakfast in bed, no problems. Room Service is available 24 hours. A $5 tray service charge applies to all in-room orders.

If you wish to check out later an hourly rate is applied. For check-outs after 4pm a full night accommodation rate applies. Alternatively, what we suggest and has proven popular is to check-out at the normal time of 11:00 am and utilise our luggage storage option for the day, which is free of charge.

Whether its extra blankets, pillows, ice for your drinks or information about what's on in the city, our friendly team at Reception are available to help you. 

If you have luggage you would like to store we can help you. This is also a popular option when you need to check-out but still have time to spare. Just simply check-out and leave your luggage safely with us while you do some sightseeing.

Our self-service laundry is on Level 1 (ground floor) and is open 6am - 10pm. The washing machines and dryers are coin-operated ($4 per cycle) and take $1 and $2 coins. Please see Reception if you need the correct coins. Washing powder is included free of charge.

A same day dry cleaning service is provided every day except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Charges apply. Please bring your laundry bag (located in your room) to Reception or dial 0 for a porter to collect before 8am for return by 4.30pm.
