FLEXIBLE SPACES

Sudima Queenstown Five Mile has three distinctive spaces for hosting your next event. You may choose our Carrington Room with its indoor-outdoor flow to a outside seated area, the Pascoe and Adams Room provide views of Queenstown's stunning landscape and are best for smaller gatherings.

Services include personalised audio-visual specialists, tailor-made programmes to suit the occasion, staging, theming and entertainment. Plus, the dedicated events team at Sudima Queenstown will attend to every detail, ensuring the event is a resounding success.

Carrington – Take a tour

The Carrington rooms can be used separately or joined together for a larger group. And depending on the style you choose, the space can take a group of up to 150 comfortably. You can enjoy picturesque views of Queenstown and the whole space opens up to an outdoor bar area with a cosy fireplace.

‘Local Produce’ menu.

Sudima Queenstown Five Mile and their Podium restaurant team love working with and supporting local suppliers. Head Chef, Vik, has hand-selected ingredients within 100km of the hotel to create a local menu option for the hotel’s conference delegates. Delegates booking a full-day package can enjoy catering menu options with produce sourced entirely from the local area including Royalburn Farm, Nevis Gardens, Gibston Valley and ice cream made just over the hill in Wanaka.
