There’s nothing like a good swim to get the heart racing and set the mind at ease. Feel free to take a dip in our heat-exchange heated indoor pool. It’s located on Level 1 (ground floor) and open 6am - 10pm.

Set yourself up for the day with Visaya’s popular breakfast from 6am - 10am. An all day menu is available 10am - 5pm and dinner is served from 5pm - 10pm. And don’t forget the kids – from 10am - 10pm we have a dedicated menu that’s perfect for your little people. With its pleasant atmosphere Visaya is the perfect place to relax and refuel. Enjoy!

Our talented bartenders can whip you up a hot or cold drink, mix you a cocktail or recommend beers, wines and spirits from our well stocked bar – which includes plenty of local flavour. Enjoy a bite to eat with your drink, our bar snack menu is available from 5pm - 11pm.

If you want to pump iron or sweat away some pounds, we have a gym located on Level 1 (ground floor). Open daily 7am - 9pm. Just ask our team for your guest access card.

The Yellow Bus

A bus service called the Yellow Bus operates independently as a transfer service for the local hotels in the area and believe it or not with Auckland's traffic it can be faster than waiting to be picked up. Plus it will drop you off right at our doorstep.

Please note: this is a service operating independently from Sudima Auckland Airport and booking a ticket online is the best way to catch a ride with the yellow bus.

Alternatively you can catch a local taxi which is available right outside the terminal doors.

Parking

We have plenty of paid parking at Auckland Airport for just $5 per 24 hours from the time of parking. Simply drive in, follow the GETAPARK signage, and scan the QR to make payment with your credit card. 

Just want to kick back and relax, no worries. Your room has Amazon Echo, movie streaming and TV casting, so there’s plenty of entertainment options at your fingertips.

If you’re ‘peopled out’ or travelling has you hungry at odd hours or you just want to relax with breakfast in bed, no problems. The delicious room service menu is brought to you by the talented team at Visaya, available 24 hours. A $5 tray service charge applies to all in-room orders.

If you wish to check out later an hourly rate is applied. For check-outs after 4pm a full night accommodation rate applies. Alternatively, what we suggest and has proven popular is to check-out at the normal time of 11:00 am and utilise our luggage storage option for the day, which is free of charge.

Whether its extra blankets, pillows, ice for your drinks or information about what's on in the city, our friendly team at Reception are available to help you. 

We have a EV charging station located right in front of the hotel for your convenience.

If you have luggage you would like to store we can help you. This is also a popular option when you need to check-out but still have time to spare. Just simply check-out and leave your luggage safely with us while you do some sightseeing.

A same day dry cleaning service is available every day. Charges apply. Weekends and public holidays incur a 100% surcharge. Please bring your laundry bag (located in your room) to Reception or dial 0 for a porter to collect before 8:30am for return by 5.30pm.
