_{2. Entry into the SCAN & WIN giveaway prize/s draw is automatic on being scanned. The prize draw is open to NZ residents aged 18 or over.}  

_{3. Competition will close 30 August 2022 at 2.30pm NZST. A winner will be chosen by random draw using random selection on same day 30 August 2022 at 3.00pm NZST. The winner will be notified by using the details obtained and provided on scan and given details to pickup. If a winner cannot be contacted by Sudima Hotels within the first attempt of notifying the winner of his or her win, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Sudima Hotels will be entitled to select another winner. Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Sudima Hotels shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any event beyond its control.}  

_{4. The prize will be delivered to the winner in person. Sudima Hotels  reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. Sudima Hotels reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time without further notice.}

_{8. One $100 food and drink voucher will be issued for use at Sunset Bar (located at Sudima Auckland City). Any unused credit during or remaining credit cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred.}
