1. By participating in a promotion from Sudima Hotels, you agree to the terms and conditions.
2. Entry into our GIVEAWAY Competition prize/s draw is for any entry that has tagged and followed us on Instagram for the duration outlined in the social media post. The prize draw is open to NZ residents aged 18 or over. Children under the age of 18 can enter under their guardian's account. Employees of Sudima Hotels and their immediate families, associated suppliers, retailers or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Prize will be drawn within 7 days of the competition ending. A winner will be chosen by random draw using random selection. The winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram or Facebook for an email address to verify. If a winner cannot be contacted by Sudima Hotels within 7 days of Sudima Hotels first attempt of notifying the winner of his or her win, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Sudima Hotels will be entitled to select another winner. Sudima Hotels shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any event beyond its control.
4. The prize will be delivered by email to the winner within 14 days of the winner being notified of their win. Sudima Hotels decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. All Sudima Hotels prizes are gifted as voucher that entitles the winner to use for accommodation, food and beverage at Sudima Hotel properties. They do not include travel to or from the Hotel property. Winners need to adhere to the booking process when wanting to use their voucher.
6. Sudima Hotels reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. Sudima Hotels reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time without further notice.
7. Sudima Hotels may collect personal information, about entrants to enable entrants to participate in this Promotion.
8. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to receive promotion material from Sudima Hotels.
