We recommend booking your car at least 6 months in advance to ensure you get the right hotel room and vehicle ahead of time. Booking even further in advance can also help you secure better rates and give you more peace of mind. 

Our 10% discount partnership deal with GO Rentals can only be used on its own, it is not available in conjunction or stackable with any other offers.

Yes, if you will be picking up your car on a different date than the one you have given in your booking, you will need to update GO Rentals on these changes. That way, we can ensure you receive the experience you’ve booked.

With GO Rentals, you have the flexibility to either pay when you book or lock in your car now and pay later at pick-up – no deposit required. If you book over the phone, we’ll secure your booking with a credit or debit card, depending on your chosen insurance and bond options, but payment isn’t required until you collect the car. Just a heads-up: at pick-up, we’ll need to place a credit or debit card on file for security, and the cardholder must match the main hirer.

Parking is free of charge during your stay Sudima Lake Rotorua, Sudima Kaikōura, Sudima Christchurch Airport and Sudima Queenstown Five Mile. Paid parking is available at the other hotels:

• Sudima Auckland Airport: $5 dollars per vehicle per day
• Sudima Auckland City: $55 per vehicle per day, valet service
• Sudima Christchurch City: $30 per vehicle per day, valet service

• Sudima Auckland Airport - Located in the hotel carpark.
• Sudima Auckland City - No EV charging stations onsite.
• Sudima Rotorua - Located in the hotel carpark.
• Sudima Kaikōura - Located in the hotel carpark.
• Sudima Christchurch Airport - Located in the hotel carpark.
• Sudima Queenstown Five Mile - No onsite charging. The nearest EV station is at the Five Mile Centre, behind Kmart (Tesla only).
• Sudima Christchurch City- No EV charging stations onsite.

When you rent a car with GO Rentals, you will automatically receive their basic insurance coverage. For an additional fee, you can access the GO assured and GO Peace of Mind options. 

There are no mileage or distance limitations on GO Rentals cars. Feel free to explore to your heart’s content!
