This offer only applies to new conference bookings made between 2 March and 30 June 2026, with the conference required to be held at a Sudima hotel. A minimum of 10 delegates is required per booking.

The offer is only valid for full-day conferences held between 1 April and 30 September 2026 at the following hotels: Sudima Auckland City, Sudima Auckland Airport, Sudima Lake Rotorua, Sudima Christchurch City, Sudima Christchurch Airport, Sudima KaikÅura or Sudima Queenstown Five Mile.

The 20% discount applies to eligible charges on the final total master account bill, including accommodation, conference room hire, and in-house food and beverage. The discount is applied once the final master account has been finalised.

The 20% discount applies to the master account bill only and does not apply to any third-party or external supplier charges including external AV providers.

Where applicable, commission will be paid on the accommodation portion only after the 20% discount has been applied and in line with contracted commission agreements.
- Parking conditions apply at Sudima Auckland City and Sudima Christchurch City. Where on-site parking is unavailable, guests may be directed to an alternative car park and provided with a prepaid parking voucher.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer. This offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.
