Offer applies to conference or event booking made between 1 April – 31 October 2024 with the conference or event taking place during 1 April – 31 October 2024 at either Sudima Auckland City, Sudima Auckland Airport, Sudima Lake Rotorua, Sudima Christchurch City, Sudima Christchurch Airport, Sudima Kaikoura or Sudima Queenstown Five Mile.}

_{2. Offer can be either: Complimentary Cocktail Hour or Complimentary Attendee or Complimentary Additional Item to Morning or Afternoon Tea and will be applied to the booking on confirmation of event.}

• _{Complimentary Cocktail Hour}
  • _{value of complimentary cocktail hour is 10% of total event spend (excluding gst). It is for a one time use on the day, cannot be split, extended past event date or refunded. Any spend above the 10% value will be payable by the client at the conclusion of event. Cocktail hour must be held on the same premises as the event. Area and designated space for cocktail hour is at the discretion of Hotel and Restaurant Manager. Cocktail hour must include food offering.}

• _{Complimentary Attendee} 
  • _{one attendee for every 20 attendees booked on a Daily Delegate Package will be free-of-charge and receives same benefits as other attendees. Total complimentary attendees will be based on number of attendees provided at time of event confirmation or number of attendees on the day and lower number will be used to calculate number of free-of-charge attendee/s. 
    Application of this offer can be described as follows - if 35 attendees are booked, one free-of-charge attendee will be applied, if 45 attendees are booked, two free-of-charge attendees will be applied.}

• _{Complimentary Additional Item to Morning or Afternoon Tea}
  • _{clients can choose one additional item to add to the selection for morning or afternoon tea.}
