Dong Po Pork
You might like to try the Dong Po Pork – pork belly that has been beautifully braised in ginger, shaoxing wine, soy sauce, brown sugar and served with stir-fried Asian greens and steamed rice.
Did you know there is no set date for Chinese New Year. It's usually celebrated over a few days or even weeks so all our hotels will be serving this dish from 4 to 10 February. Make sure you don't miss out.
