If there’s anything you need, dial 0 and talk to our friendly team at Reception. They can arrange wake up calls or a taxi and anything else you might need. They can also put you through to our Duty Manager, Concierge or Porter, Restaurant and Bar, or Housekeeping team.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. To connect and login:
1. Find the ‘Sudima Hotels Guest’ network on your device
2. Enter your room number and unique four digit code provided at check-in
3. Tick ‘I accept Terms & Conditions of Use’ and then click on ‘Accept’ to connect

To call another room just dial 9 then the room number. To make a local, national or international call, simply dial the number. For current call charges check with Reception.
As an airport hotel you’ll find we’re a very handy 2.5 kilometres to the Auckland Domestic and International Terminals.
If you have time and would like to explore Auckland City, it’s approximately 30-45 minutes drive away. Ask our helpful Concierge team about things to see and do.
The Yellow Bus runs shuttles to Auckland Airport’s Domestic and International terminals. Please see Reception for timetable and fare information.

Set yourself up for the day with Visaya’s popular breakfast from 6am - 10am. An All Day menu is available 10am - 5pm and dinner is served from 5pm - 10pm. And don’t forget the kids – from 10am - 10pm we have a dedicated menu that’s perfect for your little people. With its pleasant atmosphere Visaya is the perfect place to relax and refuel. Enjoy!
Our talented bartenders can whip you up a hot or cold drink, mix you a cocktail or recommend beers, wines and spirits from our well stocked bar – which includes plenty of local flavour. Enjoy a bite to eat with your drink, our Bar Snack menu is available from 5pm - 11pm.
If you’re ‘peopled out’, travelling has you hungry at odd hours, or you just want to relax with breakfast in bed, no problems. Room Service is available 24 hours. View menu and dial 9012 to order. A $5 tray service charge applies to all in-room orders.
There’s nothing like a good swim to get the heart racing and set the mind at ease. Feel free to take a dip in our heat-exchange heated indoor pool. It’s located on level 1 (ground floor) and open 6am - 10pm.
If you want to pump iron or sweat away some pounds we have a gym located on level 1 (ground floor). Open 6am - 10pm.
Just want to kick back and relax, no worries. Your room has Amazon Echo and TV casting, so there’s plenty of entertainment options at your fingertips.
Reduce the environmental footprint of your stay and choose to go green. Just place the ‘I’LL GO GREEN’ hanger on your door and we will give cleaning your room a miss, saving on cleaning materials and water.
We love the fresh air and our guests do too. Our smoke free policy includes e-cigarettes, so there’s no smoking or vaping anywhere in the hotel. If you do need a puff, there’s a designated smoking area located outside near the main front entrance.

For extra blankets, pillows, towels or anything you might need for your room, just dial 0 and talk to our Reception staff. For your added comfort we offer a range of pillows, please see the pillow menu in your room. CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.
Our check-out time is 11am. Please let the Reception team know if you need more time and we might be able to sort something out. If you don’t make arrangements ahead of time, you might be charged a late check-out fee.
A same day dry cleaning service is available every day, at the guests’ cost. Weekends and public holidays incur a 100% surcharge. Please bring your laundry bag (located in your room) to Reception or dial 0 for a porter to collect before 8:30am for return by 5.30pm.
The power supply in New Zealand is 240 volts. International adaptors are available at Reception.
If you need ice cubes for your drinks or an icepack for your head just press the Room Service button on your room phone or dial 9012.
Need someone to take care of your tots? Dial 0 to talk to Reception about babysitting services.
Our friendly team at Reception can help you scan, copy or print documents, post letters or arrange couriers. We even have a fax if that’s the way you roll.
If you need first aid, dental or doctor services or other non-urgent medical assistance please contact the Duty Manager (dial 0).

Please read this emergency information along with the emergency information on the back of your door. Our staff are trained to keep you safe, so in an emergency keep calm and follow their instructions.
• Move away from windows
• Take shelter under a doorway or solid furniture
• Fire alarms may be activated – await instructions prior to evacuating
• If instructed to evacuate use the nearest exit – fire exits are located on every floor
• DO NOT use lifts
If the alarm rings or you are instructed to evacuate your room:
• Keep calm
• Leave the building using the nearest fire exit – fire exits are located on every floor
• DO NOT use lifts
• Proceed to the emergency assembly point
• Follow the Hotel Fire Warden and Hotel Staff instructions.
However, if your door is hot:
• DO NOT open it
• Keep calm
• Call the fire department on 111 (from your in-room phone dial 1 for an outside line first) and the hotel operator on 0
• Stuff wet towels or clothes under the door and in air vents
• Await further instructions
• If you cannot exit, your room is the safest place
If you leave the hotel in an emergency please proceed to the assembly area in front of the main front entrance. Our staff will be there to help.
