Whether it is a gala banquet, luxury product launch, high-tech convention, a surprise 21st or the perfect wedding reception, Sudima Auckland Airport has experienced staff and venue options that will gaurantee a well organised and elegant affair.

The Pavilion Room can be divided into three parts for smaller functions and opens onto landscaped gardens. It even has drive-in access making it ideal for automotive events and launches. It can accommodate up to 200 people.

Tastefully styled, the mid-sized Montgomery Room is just right for executive meetings and small functions. It can accommodate 15 people.

Choose from one of two boardrooms for smaller meetings or conferences. These are interconnected and can be used seperately, or as breakout rooms.
