Sudima Hotels New Zealand have developed this Image Library (available for download on our website as individual photos) for our tourism marketing partners to utilise. Please read the following information carefully to ensure that you are clear about the usage of these images and that you qualify.
The images available for download on our website as individual photos are available for the purpose of marketing and promoting Sudima Hotels New Zealand - promoting Sudima Hotels New Zealand must be the primary focus usage. Images cannot be used on commercial products, where the primary focus is the product being sold.
Sudima Hotels New Zealand makes images available to the following user groups:
- Media (Magazines, newspapers, etc)
- Inbound Tour Operators/Wholesalers
- Other Tourism Promotion Organisations (Tourism New Zealand, District Tourism Organisations, etc)
- Business Partners.
Rights to images are non-exclusive and non-transferable.
Please remember:
You have read and signed the Image Lending Agreement form before you use the images. If you have not read and signed this document please contact us. For each image used, approved captions and credits to Sudima Hotels New Zealand is mandatory. Users will also be required to supply samples of published images to Sudima Hotels New Zealand so that correct usage can be monitored to gauge the effectiveness of its image distribution systems. Incorrect labelling and/or failure to acknowledge that an image is from Sudima Hotels New Zealand will be viewed as a breach of these terms and conditions of use.
